About Me

Hello! My name is Michaela, and I’m 18 years old. I live with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), along with several other health conditions, and I’m passionate about sharing my personal journey to raise awareness about chronic illness. Chronic illnesses, like hEDS, are often invisible, which can make them difficult for others to understand. Through my platform, I aim to educate and shed light on the realities of living with a condition that isn’t always visible to the outside world. My mission is to break down the stigma surrounding chronic illness, foster greater understanding, and offer support to others navigating similar challenges.
